Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer experiences and product demonstrations
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the El Paso community
- Execute strategic merchandising and inventory management tasks
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide performance goals
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales data
- Participate in weekend and holiday retail shifts as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail or B2B sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency highly valued
