Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: actively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend products, and close sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Customer Experience: provide top-tier service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping environment.
- Product Knowledge: stay up-to-date on all product features, promotions, and inventory to effectively educate and advise customers.
- Visual Merchandising: assist in maintaining store displays, organizing stock, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and visually appealing at all times.
- Team Collaboration: work closely with management and team members to achieve store goals and support daily operations.
- Transaction Handling: accurately process sales transactions using POS systems, handle returns, and manage cash drawers responsibly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred; however, we welcome enthusiastic candidates with a strong willingness to learn.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
