Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide expert product recommendations.
- Sales Execution: Demonstrate the ability to close sales effectively and meet daily/weekly revenue targets.
- Relationship Building: Establish trust with clients to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate sales records, process transactions efficiently, and manage point-of-sale systems.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with management and team members to achieve store goals and support promotional events.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for local client visits.
