Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients and community members.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or sales (preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
