Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Meet and exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and upselling relevant products
- Process transactions accurately and maintain clean, organized sales floor
- Actively participate in product training to stay updated on merchandise and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Report customer feedback and market trends to management
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude with customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques
