Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and maintain the long-term technical vision for the company's '2026 Horizon' projects, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- Strategic Innovation: Lead R&D efforts in emerging technologies (e.g., AGI safety, Neuromorphic computing) to ensure our products remain ahead of the curve.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of engineers and futurists, fostering a culture of radical innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and technical partners.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the development of proof-of-concept prototypes for technologies scheduled for deployment in the 2026 timeframe.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all forward-looking initiatives comply with evolving global technology and privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or strategic technology consulting.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think 5-10 years into the future and identify actionable technical milestones.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex, undefined projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in at least two of the following: Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Cloud Infrastructure, or Quantum Computing.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills for executive-level presentation.
