Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and oversee the implementation of the core technological framework for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Lead the ethical development of autonomous agents, ensuring safety protocols and bias mitigation are integrated from the ground up.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate high-level business goals into technical roadmaps, identifying emerging technologies that will drive competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to deliver cohesive, futuristic solutions.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI & Machine Learning: Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, neural networks, and predictive modeling.
