As we accelerate toward our Initiative 2026 roadmap, we are seeking a visionary Lead Systems Architect to design the backbone of our next-generation autonomous mobility ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between high-level system requirements and scalable, resilient engineering solutions.
In this role, you will lead a team of elite engineers, drive architectural decisions, and ensure our systems are future-proof for the decade ahead.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and oversee the end-to-end system architecture for Initiative 2026 projects, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Technical Strategy: Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, evaluating emerging technologies to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Team Management: Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Validation: Spearhead the integration of complex software and hardware components, conducting rigorous testing and validation protocols.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and non-technical teams.
- Risk Management: Identify potential system bottlenecks and architectural risks, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural role within the tech or automotive industry.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and microservices architecture. Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go is essential.
- Project Management: Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex architectural issues and design resilient solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse teams.
