Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable, distributed microservices architecture tailored for high-volume AI workloads.
- Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines across the engineering organization.
- Lead the architectural strategy for the "2026 Horizon" product suite, ensuring long-term viability and performance.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and architecture assessments to identify risks and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Drive the migration strategy to cloud-native environments, ensuring 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical transformations.
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure patterns and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
