Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI ecosystem, including LLM integration and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Design scalable, high-availability cloud infrastructure optimized for future quantum computing paradigms.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in prototyping and deploying next-generation machine learning models with zero-latency requirements.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into concrete technical specifications.
- Ensure architectural compliance with security standards and data privacy regulations.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct technical reviews to maintain code quality and innovation velocity.
- Drive research initiatives into emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeline.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or high-performance computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems design.
- Proven experience implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic workflows.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) and edge computing architectures.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-velocity environments.
