Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning algorithms tailored for near-term quantum hardware.
- Lead the architecture of scalable data pipelines and model training frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, cryptographers, and software engineers.
- Optimize existing AI models for deployment on quantum processors and edge devices.
- Establish best practices for quantum software development and documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence within the AI division.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and deep learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
