Responsibilities

- Collaborate with academic partners to validate theoretical models and ensure cutting-edge innovation.
- Optimize system performance to ensure stability in noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) environments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Deep expertise in quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of quantum error correction and noise mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for futuristic technology.
