Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of hybrid Quantum-Classical AI models for our 2026 product release.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical physics research into scalable software solutions.
- Optimize quantum circuits to reduce error rates and improve computational efficiency.
- Establish best practices for quantum software development, testing, and deployment.
- Stay at the forefront of quantum computing advancements (e.g., NISQ devices, Qiskit, Cirq) and integrate relevant breakthroughs into our roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on machine learning and high-performance computing.
- Hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Demonstrated ability to work with complex data structures and optimization algorithms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
