Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, biotech)
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across product, engineering, and operations teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Identify and secure partnerships with tech startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Monitor competitive landscape and disruption opportunities
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy, R&D, or technology leadership with 5+ years in innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech)
- Experience scaling innovation teams and managing R&D budgets >$10M
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven strategic planning expertise
- Executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience in tech industry (SaaS, hardware, or deep tech preferred)
