Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Oversee incubation of moonshot projects with $10M+ innovation budgets
- Build global networks of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and keynote speaking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in futurism or innovation leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML initiatives to enterprise level
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in sustainable technology and circular economy principles
- Certification in Future Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR) preferred
