Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype technologies for human augmentation and AI symbiosis
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven narratives
- Establish ethical governance protocols for emerging technologies including neural interfaces and quantum computing
- Collaborate with global R&D partners to accelerate innovation cycles and patent novel methodologies
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and horizon-scanning reports for industry leadership
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight analytics division
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, Cognitive Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Portfolio demonstrating successful translation of futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven ability to communicate complex futures narratives to diverse executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or top-tier tech publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or APF)
