Responsibilities

- Conduct trend analysis across technology, socio-economic, and geopolitical domains
- Design scenario-planning models to assess market disruptions and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with quantifiable impact projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Author thought leadership publications and industry keynote presentations
- Build and manage an ecosystem of external futurists, researchers, and innovation partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or high-growth tech organizations
- Published thought leader in future-oriented publications or platforms
