Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market demands
- Present compelling future-state narratives to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning Innovatech as a future-shaping force
- Integrate foresight insights into product roadmaps and corporate strategy cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-of-work or technology ethics topics
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
