- Deliver trend forecasts and disruption assessments to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation through compelling ROI projections
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (patents/prior work required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
