Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, societal, and economic trends to forecast industry disruptions through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic insights into product development and business strategy
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research organizations
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimental thinking
- Produce thought leadership content including white papers, forecasts, and industry reports
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends
- Expertise in AI, biotechnology, sustainable systems, or quantum computing
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
