Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market evolutions through 2026+ horizons
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to build organizational resilience against future uncertainties
- Establish foresight frameworks to guide R&D investments and product innovation pipelines
- Present executive briefings translating complex futures into executable business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Mentor innovation teams in applying foresight methodologies to daily challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum AI, neurotech, climate adaptation systems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (IEEE, MIT Press, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent practical experience
