Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to guide 5-year innovation roadmaps
- Chair cross-functional innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on future market disruptions
- Manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate future intelligence into product development lifecycle
- Advise board members on emerging risks and opportunities for 2026
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences globally
- Published author in futurism or technology innovation domains
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
