- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic objectives
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for future economic, environmental, and social disruptions
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing organizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
