- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 5-year vision alignment for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping sessions using agile methodologies
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Present foresight findings to executive boards and investor committees
- Mentor innovation teams in future-focused methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused initiatives (portfolio required)
- Expertise in AI/ML trend forecasting and data-driven scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF, APF) preferred
