Responsibilities
- Develop and execute forward-looking innovation roadmaps spanning 2026-2030
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech) for market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research consortia
- Author industry-defining whitepapers on next-gen technological convergence
- Mentor innovation teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AR/VR
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical specialists
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with specialization in future studies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting innovations brought to market
