Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and articulate the long-term technological roadmap for Nexus Horizon Labs, specifically focusing on the convergence of AI and biotechnology by 2026.
- AI Ethics & Governance: Establish comprehensive ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI models to ensure responsible innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future technologies to executive leadership, investors, and regulatory bodies with clarity and persuasion.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the pilot programs for next-gen computing architectures and neural interface technologies.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and futuristic thinking.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends to identify competitive advantages and potential disruptions in the market.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Ethics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Future Studies.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the AI, Robotics, or Advanced Technology sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and the potential impact of quantum computing on data processing.
