Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map technological, social, and economic shifts through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for 2026+ innovation across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in building disruptive prototypes and proof-of-concepts
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and industry partners
- Curate thought leadership content and speak at global innovation forums
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker in innovation/tech circles
