Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for the 'Year 2026' strategic roadmap, integrating emerging AI technologies.
- Design and implement scalable, future-proof backend systems capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Conduct feasibility studies for speculative technologies and prototype viable solutions.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical roadmaps with long-term business goals.
- Ensure all systems adhere to strict security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability and future trends.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
