Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) that will disrupt our industry.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, resilient, and secure system architectures capable of handling next-gen workloads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to foster a culture of innovation.
- R&D Management: Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and prototype development to validate future technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and external partners.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product development with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of researching and implementing bleeding-edge technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Blockchain, IoT).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence without authority.
- Language: Native fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
