Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term R&D goals with business objectives.
- Architect scalable systems integrating Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum processing units.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to deliver innovative prototypes.
- Identify emerging technology trends (e.g., Synthetic Environments, Neuromorphic Computing) and assess their applicability to our product suite.
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging tech adoption and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep technical expertise in AI/ML frameworks, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and bringing disruptive technologies to market.
- Strong understanding of Quantum computing principles and their potential enterprise applications.
