Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology and market strategy roadmap
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-digital convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present strategic vision to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies through pilot programs and scaling frameworks
- Author thought leadership content positioning Nexus as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
