Responsibilities
- Design and implement the high-level architecture for The 2026 Initiative, ensuring long-term scalability and system integrity.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team of 12+ developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical standards and best practices for microservices, containerization, and serverless computing.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate predictive AI models into core product workflows.
- Conduct rigorous technical reviews and architectural audits to mitigate risks and optimize performance.
- Drive the migration strategy for legacy systems to modern cloud-native environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in Software Architecture and System Design.
- Deep expertise in languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, with a preference for next-gen stacks.
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Experience implementing security-first architectures and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
