Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic technical roadmap for The 2026 Initiative, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of supporting exponential data growth and AI integration.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core product workflows.
- Establish security and compliance standards for emerging decentralized technologies and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Mentor and mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and data scientists.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging tech stacks to ensure future-proofing.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in designing distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and NLP.
- Experience with Quantum computing concepts and edge computing architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
