Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of the 2026 Initiative core neural network infrastructure.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ethicists, and UI/UX designers.
- Oversee the deployment of cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes and serverless architectures.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance testing to guarantee system reliability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and familiarity with distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable applications to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data pipeline architectures.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards (GDPR, SOC2).
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is highly preferred.
