Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for large-scale generative AI models and inference pipelines.
- Optimize Performance: Drive research into model compression, quantization, and hardware acceleration to maximize inference speed and reduce latency.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with the company's 2026 strategic goals.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into commercial applications.
- Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- AI Expertise: Deep knowledge of Transformer architectures, NLP, and generative models.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-pressure environments.
