Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure optimized for advanced AI workloads and machine learning pipelines.
- Oversee the integration of post-quantum cryptography standards to ensure data integrity against future cyber-threats.
- Define and enforce technical standards for system reliability, security, and performance across the organization.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and deploy cutting-edge technologies for the 2026 roadmap.
- Manage a high-performing engineering team, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Drive automation strategies (DevOps/SRE) to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a high-scale tech environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and microservices architecture.
- Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure, including experience with GPU clusters and high-performance computing.
- Proven experience implementing zero-trust security models and advanced encryption protocols.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
