Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and architecture for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.
- Design and implement robust APIs and microservices using cutting-edge cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on AGI and decentralized systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Proven experience leading large-scale machine learning deployments.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
