Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Roadmap: Architect the core infrastructure and system designs for the 2026 Strategic Initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Lead Engineering Excellence: Mentor and guide a cross-functional team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Strategic Vision Execution: Translate high-level business goals into concrete technical strategies and actionable development plans.
- Technology Stack Governance: Evaluate and select emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of industry standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions with user needs.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential technical debt and architectural risks, implementing robust mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
