Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon project, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- System Design: Architect high-performance, scalable microservices and cloud-native solutions using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee system performance tuning, latency reduction, and database architecture to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical specifications.
- R&D: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, Edge Computing) to integrate into our core infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, and familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue).
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS or Azure.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams through complex technical challenges.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
