Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the core infrastructure for the 2026 Initiative, focusing on quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards for 2026.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the engineering team.
- Oversee system performance, security, and scalability, ensuring zero downtime during high-traffic scenarios.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to integrate cutting-edge AI models into production environments.
- Drive the adoption of microservices and serverless architectures to maximize agility.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with a focus on high-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure, including model serving and data pipelines.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
