Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and implement scalable system architectures for next-generation AI applications, focusing on efficiency, security, and future-proofing.
- Technology Roadmapping: Lead the strategic vision for the 2026 technology stack, evaluating emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and advanced edge AI.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and researchers to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end performance tuning of systems, ensuring low latency and high availability under heavy loads.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks, neural networks, and generative AI models.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive projects from conception to deployment.
