Responsibilities
- Architectural Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive cloud-native architecture aligned with the 2026 product roadmap and business goals.
- System Design: Create detailed technical designs, including system topology, data flow, and API specifications, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior and junior engineers, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for development and deployment.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance throughput and reduce latency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security teams, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to integrate innovative solutions into our existing infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or C++).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a track record of solving complex architectural challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
