Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on advanced AI integration and quantum-ready architectures.
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our product strategy.
- Conduct code reviews and technical deep-dives to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing fundamentals and their application to current AI workloads.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and event-driven systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is a plus.
