Responsibilities

- System Design: Design robust, fault-tolerant microservices architectures capable of handling high-scale data processing and AI workloads.
- Trend Analysis: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, advanced edge AI) to integrate into our core stack.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive innovation from concept to deployment.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure full compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, review critical system components, and drive architectural decisions that minimize technical debt.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within high-growth tech environments.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.
- Future Tech: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in AI/ML integration, blockchain, or quantum computing infrastructure.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams through complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
