Responsibilities

- Architect Advanced Solutions: Design and oversee the development of next-generation AI models, focusing on scalability, explainability, and ethical AI frameworks.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-level executives and product managers.
- R&D Leadership: Direct a high-performance research team in prototyping novel algorithms capable of handling real-time, high-volume data streams.
- Partnerships & Innovation: Collaborate with academic institutions and industry leaders to stay ahead of the curve in pre-2026 technology evolution.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with quantum computing libraries or edge computing architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and successfully executing them.
