Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy for the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines and data lakes to support high-traffic applications.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI into core product workflows.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and compliance with global regulations.
- Partner with product leadership to translate business goals into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing systems at scale within cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Experience leading technical teams through the full product lifecycle.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
