We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Search Architect to define the future of search engine optimization for 2026 and beyond. As search evolves from traditional keyword matching to semantic understanding and generative AI integration, we need a pioneer who can bridge the gap between advanced machine learning and user experience.
In this role, you will lead a team of data scientists and SEO strategists to build systems that rank in the era of LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Voice-First interfaces. You will be responsible for architecting the next generation of content relevance and technical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement retrieval systems optimized for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Search.
- Lead the transition from traditional keyword-based SEO to intent-based, entity-centric strategies.
- Develop proprietary scoring models to measure content freshness and semantic relevance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate SEO infrastructure directly into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze search behavior across 2026 predictive search interfaces to drive product innovation.
- Mentor junior data analysts and SEO specialists on AI-driven methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in Technical SEO, Search Engine Architecture, or Data Science.
- Deep expertise in Python, R, or SQL, with experience building data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and Embedding models.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies.
