Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Architecture: Lead the strategic vision for developing scalable, self-improving AI models capable of handling complex, multi-modal tasks.
- Research Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and human-AI interaction to achieve AGI milestones.
- Team Mentorship: Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier talent, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and high performance within the research lab.
- Technical Implementation: Oversee the engineering of high-performance machine learning systems, ensuring efficiency, robustness, and security.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with industry leaders, academia, and policy makers to ensure responsible AI development and compliance.
- Publication & Thought Leadership: Author high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier global conferences.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and large-scale distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
- Research Background: Demonstrated track record of publishing in premier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or delivering breakthrough products in the AI space.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex theoretical concepts into practical, scalable product roadmaps for the future.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams.
