Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures for large-scale generative AI applications.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary machine learning algorithms and models.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to translate high-level research concepts into scalable, production-ready software.
- Publish groundbreaking research findings at top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Optimize model inference speed and energy efficiency for edge deployment.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, validation, and documentation of AI model performance.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning research or advanced software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and large language models.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier academic or industrial research venues.
- Experience with distributed training, high-performance computing, and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
