Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap for AI and emerging systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of next-generation generative models.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neural Interfaces) to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical visions into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the prototyping and feasibility testing of high-impact technology concepts.
- Establish thought leadership and industry presence through white papers and keynote speaking engagements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives and managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, and generative AI workflows.
- Experience with strategic forecasting and long-term product planning.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
